Refund Policy

All products sold on AKTU Notes Hub are digital downloads (PDF files). Because digital files cannot be “returned” once downloaded, our refund policy is as follows.

1. When a refund IS given

  • Payment deducted but file not received:if your payment succeeded but the download did not unlock and the file does not appear in “My Purchases”, you get a full refund or the file — your choice.
  • Duplicate payment: if you were charged twice for the same resource, the extra payment is fully refunded.
  • Corrupt or unreadable file: if the downloaded file is damaged and we cannot provide a working copy within 72 hours, you receive a full refund.
  • Wrong file delivered: if the file delivered is materially different from what was described on the product page (wrong subject/wrong content), you receive a replacement or a full refund.

2. When a refund is NOT given

  • You changed your mind after successfully downloading the file
  • You purchased the wrong resource by mistake and have already downloaded it
  • You expected different coverage/style even though the description and preview were accurate
  • Your device cannot open PDF files (any standard PDF reader works)

3. How to request a refund

  1. Contact us via the Contact page within 7 days of the purchase.
  2. Include: the email used at checkout, the resource name, the Razorpay payment ID (from your payment confirmation), and a short description of the issue.
  3. We respond within 24–48 hours.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to reflect in your account.
