The main scope of the Electrical Module will be the handling of non-conformity issues, developing retrofits and upgrades, and gaining knowledge.sharing. Leads, develops, and motivates a group of dedicated, qualified employees and professionals functionally to achieve the targets. Ensures adherence to defined guidelines, processes, and procedures for the engineering team assigned Responsible for the education and training of the assigned employees provides a suitable work environment and implements people management processes. May plan and allocate resources and budgets to engineering projects or activities. Take part in internal and external stakeholder meetings. Represent the electrical module within the SGRE organisation. Support claim management during negotiations. You most likely have a Master’s degree in electrical engineering or something similar, giving you excellent analytical skills and broad business knowledge. 5+ years of relevant experience in the wind energy business. Experience with developing solutions for electrical issues related to service Ideally, you have 3-5 years’ experience leading people and teams. Have a high degree of personal integrity and the ability to work in changing environments and on multiple projects simultaneously, inspiring people while respecting their work-life balance. Speak and write English effortlessly. This role requires limited travel, both domestically and internationally.
