Position requirement is minimum 1-2 full project lifecycle implementation experience in SAP LMD/DSD at FMCG companies. Sound knowledge of global Consumer Goods companies processes like Supply Chain, Trade Marketing Distribution, Direct Store Delivery and Finance Experience. Knowledge of all master data objects required to support the LMD/DSD Order Management process like

Master Data (Customers, Drivers, Vehicle’s, Materials, Sales Representative)

Visit Control (Visit Plan)

Transportation Planning (LMD/DSD Integration with SAP Transportation Management)

Vehicle Space Optimization

Loading Confirmation

Output Controls

Stock Visibility

Route Accounting (Tour Data Entry, Collection Clearing, and Settlement

Handheld Device Connectivity (Mobile LMD/DSD)

Experience in LMD/DSD process like Pre-Sales, Van Sale, Delivery Driver and Mixed Sale

Ability to identify possible inter-dependencies and integration between SAP LMD/DSD with SAP SD, MM, LE and SAP FICO and ability to work with cross functional teams. Ability to configure financial relevant processes in SAP DSD and knowledge of third party tools for SAP LMD/DSD. Ability to design and configure Credit Management processes, Payments Collection, Invoicing processes and related objects to integrate with third party tools for SAP LMD/DSD. SAP Process Experience with on-site and remote support to end users on Pricing, LMD/DSD, Handheld Devices and other sales order process. Experience with creating template for Global and Localized roll outs of LMD/DSD solution, experience with imparting Train-the-Trainers and End-User Training Knowledge and experience in the tools like SAP Solution Manager, Testing tools like HP ALM, or JIRA. Proven track record of providing sound leadership to projects and demonstrated ability to multitask and deliver high quality deliverables on time. Ability to manage stakeholders and lead small to medium teams effectively, business English skills and great interpersonal and communications skills.
