Acquires data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems. . Operates and optimizes pre-defined tools, applications and data bases/data management systems. . Creates reports and communicates results to various internal and/or external stakeholders (e.g. management, customers). Work in different administrative tasks and operations. . Performs all operations, measures, activities and tasks as assigned by accountable management or supervisor. . Learns and acquires respective theory and know how, techniques, methods, tools and processes, in the respective area. What is needed to qualify for this job You have worked with and have experience with SAP (special the CS Modul) You are a skilled user of MS office pack and particularly MS excel. You have an eye for details and can work independently for a long period of time with the same task. You enjoy routine in your work and know how to stay motivated with administrative tasks. You got strong communication skills and have excellent written and oral English skills. Your main tasks will be Administrate and follow up on return notifications in one of our SAP systems Administrate and follow up on received Fault reports from site in our SharePoint page. Prepare data for Re-powering Turbine Check (prepare data/Supporting) Data Clean up cases in the different for SAP systems and databases. Support in scrutinizing records coming in a variety of formats for data cleanup
