Key responsibilities:
Prime responsibility of production dept. and ensure daily, monthly, yearly target achieve given to production.
To help and co-ordinate demand planner for preparation of proper production plan by keeping in mind about shade, chemistry, batch size, machine and capacity, and ensure proper clear printing of batches from system.
To provide expected delivery dates to production planner as per actual set production plan.
Review the batch card close by officer in system and end after ensure yield, quality, all log sheets etc.
Ensure agreements, settlements need to follow by each operator, and align with production manager or factory manager time to time if any revision require in between or during final revision of agreements.
Lead Production Tier 1 meet with all operators and highlight the unresolved issue’s in Tier 2 to factory manager. Lead production operators’ team (Permanent and Contractual operators) and responsible to train them on shopfloor in discipline way.

Responsible to approve operators’ leave’s in system as a people manager, take care of their reporting of overtime, leave – Paid / unpaid time to P&C
Update all SOP, forms, Work instruction, log sheets, risk assessments time to time and ensure all operators are train on time.
Attend daily meet with customer care and planning team and update daily output, issue’s, challenges to meet the target.
Measure and control all mandatory KPI figures assigned by management time to time like Yield, liter per manhours, cleaning solvent usage per KL, energy consumption etc.
Ensure stock variance of bulk RM, packing material which is in production stock, and bulk FG (Part fill) and intermediate material, should within specified limit assigned by management.
Ensure departmental assigned CI-project must complete within stipulated time. Work & circulate all require data, reports, ppt. and attend meetings as and when call out by management.

Responsible to run proper 6s programme and achieve satisfactory 6s scoring assigned by management.
Timely report all safety walk, near miss, unsafe act/ conditions/ spillage or any kind of emergency in order to achieve safe environment.
Follow all plant rules, and inform to superiors in case of any deviation observed in any standard process

Required education, experience and job-related skills
Diploma in paints/ B.Sc./ M.Sc./ MS/ B. Tech/ B.E. and any other similar courses in chemical, fresher or experience in relevant field.
Read, write and speak good local language Marathi, Hindi etc….
Read, write and speak good English.
