Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate – Insurance Claims In this role, you will be responsible for active participation in transitioning and stabilizing client processes. Handle insurance claims related functions like Intake & FNOL claim setup etc Responsibilities: . Good knowledge of Insurance / Claim processing . Entry of Information related to personal details, provider details, invoice information etc. . Identify duplicate Claims and take appropriate action . Responsible to understand and comprehend, good customer service attitude to clearly articulate the resolution Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications . Graduate except MCom, BTech, BSC etc Preferred skills: . Good analytical and problem-solving skills . Ability to communicate verbally and through emails with businesses . Positive attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement and an open mind to change . Ability to do root-cause analysis for process gaps highlighted . Time Management and ability to complete assignments within deadlines . Exercising excellent customer service skills at all times. The ability to use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to enter data, to process information, and as a form of communication with customers and others in the company .
