Job description: Your Career The public cloud market has been growing at a rapid rate for the last few years. Enterprise users are accessing corporate applications from anywhere. At times,the application access could be from an non-enterprise device. Some industries are keen on enabling its employee access from his own device (BYOD). There is a growing need for creative engineers to help develop software to prevent cyberthreats within the cloud environment. In this role, you will develop security disciplines to solve real-world problems and critical cybersecurity challenges. You love to code and build exceptional products, and you bring new ideas in all facets of software development. You are someone who is highly technical. You will participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle from definition, design, through implementation and test. You love solving challenges for our customers in complex environments, and you aren’t deterred by the fact that much of this technology just has not been done before. In fact, you like the prospect of the challenge. Our office-based roles in India work from their respective location at least four days per week. Our team in India has grown significantly over the last few years and working together in person helps us all build deeper relationships and trust that accelerate our work, allow us to feel safer in taking risks and being disruptive, and increase the speed to work through issues and ideas informally. The days of the week are decided at a team level, and the hours remain flexible within reason. Your Impact Responsible for complete software development process including requirement analysis, design, development, deployment, and support Write clean, testable, readable, scalable and maintainable code that scales and performs well for thousands of customers Participate actively and be a factor to design and development discussions Your Experience 10+ years of solid experience in programming, design and development Solid CS fundamentals, as well as networking and operating systems knowledge Extensive hands-on(expert level) programming skills in Golang Strong grasp on designing complex systems Strong grasp on data structures and algorithms Experience of any public cloud platform, GCP preferred Experience of data processing tools such as BigQuery Experience with SQL and No-SQL DB technologies such as MySQL, Elasticsearch, Redis and Cloud Spanner Experience with queuing systems like PubSub,RabbitMQ or Kafka BS/MS/PHD in Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent military experience required Great to have Experience in C++, javascript is a big plus Experience using OPA and writing rego code is a plus Work experience in Docker and Kubernetes Experience in designing/building scalable micro-services based architectures and REST APIs is a plus Experience in building multithreaded concurrent systems Experience in CI/CD The Team As part of the Agentless team, you will be responsible for building products that protect data, workloads, and infrastructure for some of the largest enterprise customers in the world.
