Responsibilities / Key accountabilities Business Strategy & Road Map Align with Cluster Group Vision, Mission, Strategy and deploy in the Org below Responsible to achieve goals for the resp. competency Cluster Responsible for Competency development based on inputs from respective Project team / KAM Talent Sourcing Strategy Define Talent Sourcing Strategy Responsible for Talent Acquisition through all levers within the Talent vertical Engagement & Performance Management Allocation Attrition management Competency Mangement, Goal Setting, Associate Engagement and Satisfaction Responsible for Associate Performance and Development Collaboration with stake holders (Project, HR, etc.,) Manage Talent related escalations (First Level) Comprehensive Employee Development Training calendar development and execution Re-Skilling & Up-Skilling of resources of the Cluster Talent and Project needs Competency Evaluation KRA (Key Result Areas) Demand fulfillment within defined SLA- Ensuring Talent Availability and allocation as per TBP for the Cluster Competency Development for current and future needs for the Cluster Attrition management Associate Experience Authority (sphere of decisions) Drive for Goals Alignment within the Cluster Support for People Development (Career, Goals) for the Group Qualifications BE/ME with experience in leadingteams and handling multiple customers, good track record for Delivery Excellence. Minimum 5 to 6 years of Project Management Experience ( incl. handling critical projects ) Good track record in People Management. PM qualification / certification: PMQ-E / PMP Cross functional exposure: Exposure to more than one domain (Relevant Domains)
