In this role, your Principal responsibilities are: Work in shifts to monitor live alerts, analyse them and take proactive actions Analyse technical issues and provide solutions with effective use of existing techniques/tools Respond and resolve to consumer’s enquiries/queries from production support prospective. Collaborate in the triage calls and regular updates to stakeholders. Document recurring technical issues with the solution provided Adherence to the timelines/SLAs on fixing the issues based on priority. Be available for support when any issue occurs outside the working hours. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: 2-4 years of previous production support experience including working in shiftis a must. Experience on JAVA and Springboot is a must Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities is a must Self-motivated and ability to work independently is a must Experience in Mulesoft is desirable Experience in tools like Git, JMeter, Splunk, AppDynamics is desirable Strong communication skill is desirable Knowledge of any cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure) is desirable You’ll achieve more when you join HSBC. www.hsbc.com/careers.
