1) Person should be a Mechanical engineer , with 3 to 5 years experience.

2) He should have structural design experience .

3) He should have experience in fabricated structures ; light and heavy fabrication.

4) The requirement is for Loco Cab ( Light fabrication ) and Loco Platform ( Heavy fabrication).

5) He should have core design experience in fabrication with thorough knowledge and mind set of manufacturability and quality.

6) He should have experience in Bending moment diagram , section modulus etc. from design aspect.

7) The person should be from Car body Design , Chassis design , crane and material handling design industry.
