Job description: Job Description Co-ordination of events including working with clients to schedule activities, identify equipment and co-ordinate preparation of the equipment and facility for installation. Co-ordination and execution of tasks including working with vendors for the physical installation of equipment. Candidate will perform basic configurations post physical installation including switch port configuration and server configurations through remote console connections to enable the automated build processes. Post execution communication to clients of the work performed and status through various communication channels Diagnostics and resolution of complex provisioning problems as part of 24.7 global team. Analyiz complex systemic behaviour and provisioning issues with specific expertise in identifying root-cause, problems and resolving them. Obtain and maintain an indepth understanding of GS provisioning technology, architecture and implementation. Guide and perform design and implementation of validation/investigative automation tools to increase efficiency of provisioning process. Collaborate with engineering teams of certifying new design/architecture/standards of next-generation provisioning systems. Primary Skills Should have experience in ILO, IDRAC Should have hands on experience in datacenter Should have hands on Linux OS Secondary Skills Guide and perform design and implementation of validation/investigative automation tools to increase efficiency of provisioning process. Collaborate with engineering teams of certifying new design/architecture/standards of next-generation provisioning systems.
