Role Summary :
To support site start-up procedures of water treatment plants built/supplied by SUE WTS and supervise performance guarantee tests for final handover to end client.
Essential Responsibilities / Expectations :
- Implement pre commissioning checks
- PID walk through during pre commissioning checks and highlight differences
- Maintain site journal on daily acitivities in prescribed format
- Prepare commissioning/stat-up plan
- Perform control loop checks
- Attend PID review and FAT tests during engineering phase
- Collaborate with PM, Installation, Engineering, Sourcing, Quality and
- Process team to maintain snag list and work towards closure of same
- Prepare PG test procedure
- Prepare final PG test report and get sign off from end customer
- Prepare as built ID mark-ups post successful plant handover
- Understanding of Clarifier, Media Filters, UF, RO and ZLD operations
- Site deployment for 80 – 85% of time
- Compliance with EHS procedures
Educational Qualification : MTech /BTech in Chemical/Mechanical/E&I MSc /BSc in physics, chemistry and mathematics as core subjects.
Experience Required : 5-10 Years
