Eight years of program development experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required . Two years of specialized experience with an emphasis on interpreting user requirements, business application design, and programming of business applications . Cold Fusion 9x and above senior-level development experience . MS SQL Server 2008 and above query and stored procedure writing experience . HTML and CSS development experience. . Knowledge of client/server applications and claims management systems . Excellent project management skills . High level of self-motivation . P.C. literate, including Microsoft Office products . Analytical and interpretive skills . Strong organizational skills . Excellent interpersonal skills . Ability to work independently . Ability to work in a team environment . Insurance industry experience preferred
