Tech, M.EM. Tech, M.S, MBA with Advanced Analytics Certifications Required Experiences 2-3 years of overall experiences as a data scientist spread across Analytics, Business Intelligence tools and technologies Knowledge and skills Critical Proficient in using analytics tools such as Python and R, as well as statistical methods. Experienced in data transformation, exploration, and preparation using tools like Alteryx, Paxata, Datameer, etc. Exceptional skills in data crunching, presentation, and interpretation, with a focus on storytelling. Capable of developing innovative analytical solutions to address business problems. Proactive in improving systems and processes. Strong communication skills. Preferable Strong project management skills: PMP/Agile/Scrum certification is a preferred Strong organizational and communication Self-motivated, results-oriented, and assertive individual Behaviors/Attributes (9Honeywell or COO Mindset) Be Committed Be a Zealot for Growth Have a Passion for Winning Act with urgency
