Inputs to SH for BGSW Strategy workshops Business development workshops and follow up on actions Specific responsibilities 1. Technical ownership (architecture, technology) for the middleware product on POSIX environment 2. Responsible for technology development in future core topics 3. Responsible for implementing location strategy in collaboration with counter parts 4. Proven Expertise in handling softwaredevelopment 5. arc42, decision documentation, ATAM, Design patterns Operational 1. Customer Satisfaction – delivery to Cost, Quality, and Schedule. Responsibility for Customers and business areas as per respective Job Description. 2. Engagement via: Key inputs to Business Review Meetings tracking through MIS reports, MSRs, etc. Head Dept. wide meetings 3. Responsible for service quality & service levels within the department Process and Technology 1. Support corporate functions. for process implementation, optimization, and improvements (feedback on lessons learned, etc.) 2. Support technology innovation strategy (including patents), Knowledge management Department-wide technology decisions not driven by Bosch 3. ASPICE, ISO26262 experience, Process Methods & Tools People Management / Associate Engagement 1. Proactively involve in Associate Career Development & engagement via the available instruments 2. Plan, nominate & coach Technical Career Path for associates for targeted development as per talent assessment 3. Performance reviews and feedback 4. Recruitment planning for group as per skill metrics and team composition pyramid 5. Team building activities Collaboration : 1. Connect, engage and communicate seamlessly across hierarchy 2.
